TITHES…. THIS IT

Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth:… — John 16:13 KJV

I have written a couple of articles on tithes offerings and cheerful giving. I have stated clearly and repeatedly that I am careful with the saints regarding this topic as it is sensitive and I know many have been hurt by abusers of this teaching so I have shied away from this topic.

However in our online fellowship I heard the masters voice very clearly when a scripture was read for something completely unrelated.

So this is it, the final word on tithing…

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone. — Matthew 23:23 KJV

But woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye tithe mint and rue and all manner of herbs, and pass over judgment and the love of God: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone. — Luke 11:42 KJV

YAHUSHUWAH AKA JESUS stated clearly when upbraiding the pharisees for tithing EVERYTHING even their herbs. He didn’t chastise them for tithing he instead said and gave the final word on the subject…

THESE YOU OUGHT TO HAVE DONE

So tithing is what we should all do not just money but tithing of everything all the way down to our herbs
