STATEMENT OF FAITH

There is one “God”. Creator of heaven and earth. His name as revealed throughout scripture is YAH and as revealed to Moshe (Moses) is YAHuWaH

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. — Genesis 1:1 KJV

For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who has been his counsellor? — Romans 11:34 KJV

YAHuWaH has made all [things] for himself: yes, even the wicked for the day of evil. — Proverbs 16:4 KJV

The commandments of YAH as spoken on the mount recorded in the book of Exodus 20 are all in force and to be kept / guarded / adhered to in every aspect of our lives as YAHites

Then Jesus spoke to the multitudes and to His disciples, saying: “The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat. “Therefore whatever they tell you to observe, [that] observe and do, but do not do according to their works; for they say, and do not do. — Matthew 23:1-3 NKJV

Do we then make void the law through faith? Certainly not! On the contrary, we establish the law. — Romans 3:31 NKJV

He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. — John 14:21 KJV

For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. — 1 John 5:3 KJV

And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it. — 2 John 1:6 KJV

There is salvation in no other name but YAH-who-saves / YAHushuWaH aka Jesus

Yet I [am] YAHuWaH your God from the land of Egypt, and thou shall know no god but me: for [there is] no saviour beside me. — Hosea 13:4 KJV

There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!” — Acts 4:12 HNV

We abide by the Apostles doctrine as commanded by YAHushuWaH and confirmed by the holy spirit:

Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; — John 17:20 KJV

“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, “teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, [even] to the end of the age.” Amen. — Matthew 28:19-20 NKJV

Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God. — Acts 5:4 KJV

BELIEFS

We believe in one “God” YAH besides whom there is no other:

Hear, O Israel: YAHuWaH our God [is] one YAHuWaH: — Deuteronomy 6:4 KJV

There are five essential components to being a child of YAH

• Belief in the gospel of YAHushuWaH, the Kingdom of YAH
• Water baptism
• Holy Spirit Baptism
• Holiness
• Love

So they said, “Believe on the Lord YAHushuWaH, and you will be saved, you and your household.” — Acts 16:31 NKJV

“He who believes AND is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. — Mark 16:16 NKJV

YAHushuWaH answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. — John 3:5 NKJV

Pursue peace with all [people,] and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord: — Hebrews 12:14 NKJV

For in MessiYAH YAHushuWaH neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but faith working through love. — Galatians 5:6 NKJV

Our walk / life is in relationship with YAHushuWaH who is:

……God manifest in the flesh…. — 1 Timothy 3:16 KJV

…..the arm of YAHuWaH…. — John 12:38 KJV

ASSEMBLY (see church)

The assembly of the saints now commonly known as “church” is the gathering for the Lord’s supper wherein we as believers gather to break bread together.

…And upon A SABBATH, when the disciples came together to break bread…. — Acts 20:7 KJV

The prime objective of assembling for the meal is to remember the death of our lord YAHushuWaH until he returns as he promised and prophesied by the prophets by sharing of unleavened bread and of red wine which we eat and drink together.

For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death till He comes. — 1 Corinthians 11:26 NKJV

CHURCH

The word church derives from the Greek word ecclesia which means “called out assembly”

When we refer to the commonly used word “church” we are referring to the Called Out Assembly of believers, NOT the building.

PRAYER

Prayer is essential

pray without ceasing, — 1 Thessalonians 5:17 NKJV

“Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.” — Luke 21:36 NKJV

FASTING

Fasting is to be observed as disciples by the commandments of YAH and by the leading and direction of the holy spirit through the leadership.

“Moreover, when you fast, do not be like the hypocrites, with a sad countenance. For they disfigure their faces that they may appear to men to be fasting. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. “But you, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, “so that you do not appear to men to be fasting, but to your Father who [is] in the secret [place;] and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. — Matthew 6:16-18 NKJV

Fasting is to be observed in agreement with your spouse.

Do not deprive one another except with consent for a time, that you may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again so that Satan does not tempt you because of your lack of self-control. — 1 Corinthians 7:5 NKJV

There are three forms of leadership within the called out assembly “church”.

One is chosen by YAHushuWaH with men gifted to the church.

And He Himself gave some [to be] apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, — Ephesians 4:11 NKJV

The second are men who desire to serve withing the called out assembly “church”

This [is] a faithful saying: If a man desires the position of a bishop, he desires a good work. — 1 Timothy 3:1 NKJV

The third are men chosen by the body of believers / disciples / church to serve the needs of the daily welfare of the called out assembly, the church.

“Therefore, brethren, seek out from among you seven men of [good] reputation, full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business; — Acts 6:3 NKJV

MARRIAGE 

Is the institute created by YAH

Then the rib which the LORD God had taken from man He made into a woman, and He brought her to the man. — Genesis 2:22 NKJV

Monogamy and Polygyny are both blessed before YAH in YAHushuWaH

Marriage [is] honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge. — Hebrews 13:4 KJV

Divorce is forbidden except for one reason.

But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, except for the cause of fornication, causes her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery. — Matthew 5:32 KJV

FAMILY

Family is the foundation, construct and backbone of society and life and consists of one man and at least one woman.

So God created man in his [own] image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. — Genesis 1:27-28 KJV

Mirrors and represents the relationship between YAHushuWaH and his body, his bride, the church, and between YAH and YAH-sa’ra-el / Israel the Israelites.

Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; — Ephesians 5:25 KJV

There is order in the family unit.

But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman [is] the man; and the head of Christ [is] God. — 1 Corinthians 11:3 KJV

MEN

Man is the image and glory of YAH God on earth.

… he is the image and glory of God: … — 1 Corinthians 11:7 KJV

WOMEN

Women are the gift of YAH God to men and should be treated as such.

And the YAHuWaH God said, [It is] not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him. — Genesis 2:18 KJV

Woman is the glory of the man

… the woman is the glory of the man. — 1 Corinthians 11:7 KJV

CHILDREN

Children are the fruit of the womb and a gift from YAH God.

Children are a gift from YAHuWaH; they are a reward from him. — Psalm 127:3 NLT

GIVING

Is an essential part of life in the family of YAH.

But this [I say:] He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. [So let] each one [give] as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. And God [is] able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all [things,] may have an abundance for every good work. As it is written:

“He has dispersed abroad,
He has given to the poor;
His righteousness endures forever.” — 2 Corinthians 9:6-9 NKJV

ASSEMBLY 

What is commonly called “church” is scripturally the assembly of the saints. We assemble at the end of the Sabbath as done by the apostles and the disciples from the beginning to share the “, Lord’s supper”

Now on the first [day] of the week, SABBATH, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul, ready to depart the next day, spoke to them and continued his message until midnight. — Acts 20:7 NKJV

FELLOWSHIP

Fellowship is a daily or ongoing activity in the family of YAH.

And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers. — Acts 2:42 NKJV

HOLY DAYS

We observe the seven feasts of YAH.

ORDER

In the assembly men teach and preach.

And I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man, but to be in silence. — 1 Timothy 2:12 NKJV

Older women teach younger women.

The aged women likewise, that [they be] in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things; That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, [To be] discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed. — Titus 2:3-5 KJV

Mother’s teach their children.

Then all the people who were at the gate and the elders said, “We are witnesses. May YAHuWaH make the woman, who is coming into your house, like Rachel and Leah, who together built up the house of Israel…. — Ruth 4:11 ESV

DISCIPLINE

We are disciples of MessiYAH YAHushuWaH.

Then said YAHushuWaH to those Yahudi which believed on him, If you continue in my word, [then] are you my disciples indeed; — John 8:31

“By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” — John 13:35 NKJV

As commanded by YAHushuWaH we observe all that he taught as recorded by the Apostles and keep the commandments of YAH.

1But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any [man] preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. — Galatians 1:8-9 KJV

OUTREACH

The primary and essential basis of all outreach is LOVE expressed in distinct ways.

• Love for YAH which is expressed by keeping / guarding his commandments in our lives
• Love for one another as YAHites, believers and disciples of YAHushuWaH
• Love for ourselves understanding that our bodies are the temples of the spirit of YAH the eternal ever living God the source and sustainer of all life and goodness
• There are some who have been gifted to carry and share the word of YAH God
• All YAHites are enabled to be God provers.

For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. — 1 John 5:3

By this shall all [men] know that you are my disciples, if you have love one to another. — John 13:35

Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit [who is] in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s. — 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift. Therefore He says: “When He ascended on high,
He led captivity captive,
And gave gifts to men.”….

…… And He Himself gave some [to be] apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, — Ephesians 4

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, [which is] your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what [is] that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. — Romans 12:1-2 NKJV

BAPTISM

Water Baptism is essential for entrance into YAHites, the body of believers. Water baptism is to be conducted in flowing water preferably outside under an open sky.

Water Baptism is to be carried out by leadership (see leadership guide/manual)

HOLINESS

Holiness which correctly interpreted means SET APART or SEPARATED is the standard by which we live unto YAH.

“I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one. — John 17:15 NKJV

Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, [and] to keep oneself unspotted from the world. — James 1:27

“Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean;
Put away the evil of your doings from before My eyes.
Cease to do evil, Learn to do good;
Seek justice,
Rebuke the oppressor;
Defend the fatherless,
Plead for the widow. — Isaiah 1:16-17

We keep all the commandments of YAH God as spoken to YAH-sa’ra-el / Israel.

See that you do not refuse Him who speaks. For if they did not escape who refused Him who spoke on earth, much more [shall we not escape] if we turn away from Him who [speaks] from heaven, whose voice then shook the earth; but now He has promised, saying, “Yet once more I shake not only the earth, but also heaven.” — Hebrews 12:25-26

Here is the patience of the saints; here [are] those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of YAHushuWaH. — Revelation 14:12

“If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. — John 15:10

Holiness or being Holy unto YAH is essential for eternal salvation

Pursue peace with all [people,] and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord: — Hebrews 12:14

Holiness includes but is not limited to;

• Abstaining from food offered to idols
• Abstaining from blood
• Abstaining from things strangled
• Abstaining from fornication

Wherefore my sentence is, that we trouble not them, which from among the Gentiles are turned to God: But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and [from] fornication, and [from] things strangled, and [from] blood. For Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath day. — Acts 15:19-21 KJV

HOLY SPIRIT

Entrance into the kingdom of YAH is through receiving the baptism of The Holy Spirit.

Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and [of] the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. — John 3:5-6 KJV

(But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet [given]; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.) — John 7:39 KJV

And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. — Acts 2:4 KJV

FOOD

All meat must be cooked with no blood present before eating.

But flesh with the life thereof, [which is] the blood thereof, shall ye not eat. — Genesis 9:4 KJV

No eating food that has been sacrificed to idols or deities / false gods, or that has been prepared to be eaten in honour of any deities / false gods

But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and [from] fornication, and [from] things strangled, and [from] blood. — Acts 15:20 KJV

GIVING

Tithes and offerings are the standard but YAH God loves a cheerful giver

Every man according as he purposes in his heart, [so let him give]; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loves a cheerful giver. — 2 Corinthians 9:7 KJV

All monies and substance is to be used for the needs of the saints and for the work of the ministry for those who labour in the word / the leadership.

Even so the Lord has commanded that those who preach the gospel should live from the gospel. — 1 Corinthians 9:14

The Apostles distributed to each as anyone had need. — Acts 4:35

Daily distribution… – Acts 6:1-7

Only Apostles govern the distribution of the monies and substance collected from the believers / disciples.

and laid [them] at the apostles’ feet;… — Acts 4:35

having land, sold [it,] and brought the money and laid [it] at the apostles’ feet. — Acts 4:37 NKJV

Pastors collect the giving from the believers / disciples.

Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given orders to the churches of Galatia, so you must do also: On the first [day] of the week SABBATH let each one of you lay something aside, storing up as he may prosper, that there be no collections when I come. And when I come, whomever you approve by [your] letters I will send to bear your gift to Jerusalem. But if it is fitting that I go also, they will go with me. — 1 Corinthians 16:1-4 NKJV

If any man does not / refuses to work he is ineligible to receive sustenance or support from the collections of the offerings given.

For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat. — 2 Thessalonians 3:10

ORGANISATION

No YAHites assembly / fellowship is to register as an organisation of any kind under any government or any organisational body in any country.

Now therefore you are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God; And are built upon

the FOUNDATION of

the APOSTLES and PROPHETS,

YAHushuWaH the MessiYAH himself

being the chief corner [stone]; In whom all the building fitly framed together grows unto an holy temple in the Lord: In whom you also are built together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.

Ephesians 2:19-22 KJV

To be recognised as a YAHites called out assembly / fellowship / church there must be communicating with and a visit in person or virtually over video link to establish the assembly by the Apostle

Now God himself and our Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ, direct our way unto you. And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all [men], even as we [do] toward you: To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord YAHushuWaH the MessiYAH with all his saints. — 1 Thessalonians 3:11-13 KJV

…and the rest will I set in order when I come.
