Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices. — 2 Corinthians 2:11

But the serpent said to the woman,
“…YOU will be like God…”

…the serpent said to the woman “… YOU will be like God…”

...in the same way, women should be modest in their appearance. They should wear decent and appropriate clothing and not draw attention to themselves by the way they fix their hair or by wearing gold or pearls or expensive clothes. For women who claim to be devoted to God should make themselves attractive by the good things they do. Women should learn quietly and submissively. I do not let women teach men or have authority over them. Let them listen quietly. For God made Adam first, and afterward he made Eve. And it was not Adam who was deceived by Satan. The woman was deceived, and was in sin But women will be saved through childbearing, assuming they continue to live in faith, love, holiness, and modesty. — 1 Timothy 2:9-15
Similarly, teach the older women to live in a way that honors God. They must not slander others or be heavy drinkers. Instead, they should teach others what is good. These older women must train the younger women to love their husbands and their children, to live wisely and be pure, to work in their homes, to do good, and to be submissive to their husbands. Then they will not bring shame on the word of God. — Titus 2:3-5 NLT
I will therefore that the younger women marry, bear children, guide the house, give none occasion to the adversary to speak reproachfully. For some are already turned aside after Satan. — 1 Timothy 5:14-15 KJV
