KINGDOM VS CULTURE

One of the saddest things I see within the body of Christ the MessiYAH is the desire for believers to hold on to their cultural ties and practices.

Apostle Paul to the Philippians

There is even a a satanic inspired peer pressure to hold onto and celebrate cultural practices and geographical country pride, even if it contradicts being a disciple of Jesus Christ / YAHushua The MessiYAH

What the majority fail to realise is that Satan is in control of every country every nation every government in the Earth and he deceived every people groups way of life with perpetual sinful practices.

— The earth is given into the hand of the wicked: he covereth the faces of the judges thereof; if not, where, [and] who [is] he?

Job 9:24 KJV

This is the reason why Satan was bold enough and had Authority to offer Jesus all the kingdoms of this earth if he would just bow down to him

Matthew 4:8-9 KJV — Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him ALL the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; And saith unto him, ALL these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.

Take note the devil said ALL he didn’t say some he didn’t say those from the West or some from the East he said ALL because he has that authority and when he said ALL, that included your country, your culture, your government, your people, your customs your belief systems and practices all of ours.

So the national, cultural and ethnic pride that you have was already under Satan’s authority way before you were born.

The Apostle Paul was fiercely proud of his national and blood line heritage.

— Though I might also have confidence in the flesh. If any other man thinketh that he hath whereof he might trust in the flesh, I more: Circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, [of] the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee; Concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless.

Philippians 3:4-6 KJV

The Apostle Paul knew who he was, he knew his bloodline and knew the promises that were given concerning him and his people being blood born Hebrew Israelites.

But what did the Apostle Paul say…

Philippians 3:7-11 KJV — But what things were gain to me, those I COUNTED LOSS FOR CHRIST. Yea doubtless, and I COUNT ALL THINGS [BUT] LOSS for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, AND DO COUNT THEM [BUT] DUNG, that I may win Christ, And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.

If you are trying to hold on to your cultural practices and mix them with kingdom living I admonish you right now in love because you are playing a dangerous game, walking a precarious path

— NO MAN CAN SERVE TWO MASTERS: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other…

You no longer have a home in this earth if you are truly born again and a child and citizen of the kingdom of YAH God and our saviour Jesus Christ

No matter how much you love and venerate your heritage your people your culture your practices your traditions…

— BE NOT CONFORMED TO THIS WORLD: but you be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Romans 12:2

it’s time for you to make a choice…

— fear YAH*, and serve him in sincerity and in truth: and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the flood, and in Egypt; and you serve YAH*.
