SHUA OR SHA

In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be YOUR NAME…

Matthew 6

It is of no coincidence that the MessiYAH YAHushua a.k.a. Jesus told us to start our prayer recognising acknowledging our Father in heaven and to reverence the name of our father in heaven.

The spirit of YAH told me years ago not to get embroiled in the arguments that would come regarding the name of Jesus.

Put beautifully through the Apostle Paul, my role and function is…

…the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head–Christ– from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.

Ephesians 4:12-16 (NKJV)

So for this post I will let someone else present a biblical study and truth about the name of The MessiYAH

I will make these points, first, we know that the letter J did not exist when The MessiYAH walked the earth so Jesus could not be his true name. However we speak English and the majority reading this came to faith having heard the Gospel being preached in Jesus name.

Secondly the tongue lip intonation of how to pronounce the name of MessiYAH we do not have, so arguing over pronounciations is divisive. Because regardless of whether we are wrong or right we most likely sound like children fumbling through a new language.

The Father is seeking those who will worship him in spirit and in truth

But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.

John 4:23 (NKJV)

With that being said…
