SEX AND MONEY

Recently in passing, I heard a statement on a documentary that said;

There are only two basic reasons for murder, sex and money

For some reason it kept coming back to my mind so a couple of weeks later I did some research, lo and behold the statement is actually generally accurate, the only amendment I would make is…

There are only two basic reasons for murder, sex and money/power

Money and power are interlinked because virtually all power is backed by or involves monetary gain in one form or another

So why am I here talking about sex and money?

Well it is simply this.

If, biblical truth about sex and money, or more accurately, RELATIONSHIPS and FINANCES was taught and adhered to, the world and the church would be transformed.

You have heard that our ancestors were told, ‘You must not murder. If you commit murder, you are subject to judgment.’ But I say, if you are even angry with someone, you are subject to judgment! If you call someone an idiot, you are in danger of being brought before the court. And if you curse someone, you are in danger of the fires of hell.

Matthew 5:21-22 NLT

Murder in the eternal scriptural understanding from the teachings of the MessiYAH is not restricted to the physical.

Think about that, it changes things quite a bit doesn’t it.

Think about this ask yourself these questions

How many people have you had contention with, called idiot, or fool, or been angry, or held hate or animosity towards?

Now ask yourself the question why, what was the root cause of that reaction or feeling that you harboured?

You may be surprised to find out that at the root of what you may have experienced is some form of sexual sin or desire for money etc. Not out of willful sin but because you have probably been living by the standards set by this Roman Greek pagan society, which is at it’s core, contradictory to YAH

For all that [is] in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

1 John 2:16 KJV

I have stated for years that if people would only look beyond the religious sales pitch and marketing ascribed to The Bible to the Holy scriptures and look at the practicality of the laws statutes and judgements of YAH and take a completely non-religious look at what Jesus the MessiYAH taught, and apply it to daily life, then murder along with virtually every other crime known to man would reduce to near extinction.

Not only that…

But even in the church across all denominations across the earth, divorce would drop to near zero, infidelity would all but disappear, greedy pastors would vanish and many more good things would manifest.

Sadly, in the church the main doctrines regarding sex and money are Roman and Greek in origin.

It is for this reason that there is so much confusion and so many different denominations.

Even sadder, I have found that even attempting to speak and reason with fellow believers who are still entwined in mainstream religious activity, about biblical relationships and finances, causes so much animus and vitriol to flow freely from so called Christians that I found myself avoiding these topics amongst others for the sake of peace.

Simply doing a little bit of research into what the statement said in the documentary regarding sex and money being the primary cause of murder literally emboldened me, as I now had statistical confirmation that everything that I have been saying for years and that so many were hostile against was in fact and is in fact 100-percent true and even more important 100-percent essential and necessary for the body of Christ the MessiYAH, the church and the world.

I am also assured that it was indeed the Holy Spirit of YAH bringing that statement that I heard in passing constantly to mind leading me to dig deeper.

Many teachings of YAH our father in heaven cause contention and animosity in this world because the world systems and governments are diametrically opposed to the kingdom of YAH.

The truth is the truth is the truth.
